Summary
The beautiful thing about working at MyTechBestFriend is the variety of training one receives. Over the past seven weeks, I've attended and led several Requirements Gathering Meetings, condensed meetings into Meeting minutes, and filled out BRDs. The fun part is bringing those requirements to my team and creating flows on Lucid Chart. I can't stress enough how important it is, as a BA, to be a good listener. In order to create user stories, one has to know what the user wants. Then being able to transfer the stories into Jira and add the team so we can set sprints to know what needs to get completed first and so on. Definitely, a position I could thrive in.
I also obtained my Product Management Fundamentals certificate and a Scrum Master Fundamentals certificate, as well as numerous ServiceNow badges. ServiceNow is addictive. If I'm not completing a simulator I'm watching YouTube Chuck Tomasi or Robert Fedoruk or SAAS training. After learning Service Catalog, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and others, I very confidently admit that ITAM is something that I thoroughly enjoy and am good at. I was fortunate enough to meet with Robert Fedoruk who was kind enough to personally explain some things to me which elevated my understanding to new heights.
As I prepare for both the PSM1 and CSA exams, I know I'm more than prepared to be an asset to anyone I attach myself to, thanks to MYTECHBESTFRIEND.
